In 1965, Ioannis Kondylis, the founder of the company, began his entrepreneurial journey in the field of trade and representation of professional equipment. In a production space of just 150 sq.m. on Gerokostopoulou Street, in the center of Patras, the business focused on the design, construction, supply, and installation of professional equipment, with particular emphasis on the food service industry.
In 1994, his sons, Thodoris and Alexis Kondylis, take over the business, bringing a fresh perspective and a spirit of renewal. In 2000, the company is renamed Kondylis Bros O.E. and, under its new leadership, it established strategic partnerships with major international firms, expanding its scope of operations, targeting new markets and regions. The company shifted its focus toward undertaking comprehensive professional equipment projects, covering everything from space design and infrastructure construction to store decoration.
In the late 1990s, the company acquires the distinctive title Tech-Cool Kondilis and moves to privately owned facilities in Rio. This new space features advanced, high-capacity machinery and specialized personnel in metal and wood processing, while also utilizing innovative materials. The new facilities also include administrative offices and a showroom for products and merchandise.
In 2008, Tech-Cool Kondilis implemented a strategic plan aimed at verticalizing its services, doubling its production capacity, expanding its commercial activity into new markets, and investing in the marketing of its products.
Tech-Cool Kondilis continues to expand its presence throughout Greece, implementing significant projects nationwide. Simultaneously, the company participates in major construction projects in various countries worldwide.
